I have flowed with the tidal rhythm for many years and observed the effects of it on myself and others. This series of articles began when I got a disappointing hair cut last year. I was astounded at how bad it could get with a simple, straight hair cut. My goals in January were to preserve vital energy and keep the roots colored as long as possible.
My hair cut from Jan 19 continues to be more than satisfactory. The coloring lasted very well to my eye for 45 days and the package recommendation goes only to 28 washings. It’s another ten days to my next optimum color hair date which I don’t find to be a problem in my current situation.
